Hi, I’m Sylvie!

I am the Founder and Director at Career-Minded Circles LTD. I’ve been running Career-Minded Circles since 2018, and I’m also a Career Consultant by profession. But before that, I was a student, a graduate, and a job seeker—so I know first-hand how challenging it can be to step into the ‘real world’ after finishing college or university. From job searching and interviews to adjusting to the workplace as a young professional, I’ve been there!

Fast forward to today, I’m an experienced Hiring Manager and Career Consultant, and I’ve also worked as an Employability Consultant in the Careers Team at a London university.

Now, I’m on a mission to empower job seekers to go after the jobs and salaries they deserve. Job hunting can feel daunting and frustrating, but at Career-Minded Circles Ltd (CMC), we help build confidence, provide inspiration, and remove barriers in a competitive job market. The job seekers who work with CMC have a different story—they get interview invitations and land job offers!
