Terms & Conditions – Intensive Coaching (2.5 Hours)

Call Scheduling

  • This package includes 2.5 hours of private coaching, delivered as two 1-hour sessions plus a 30-minute follow-up call. Book your call -  HERE.

  • Sessions must be booked through my Calendly link (HERE). It is your responsibility to select and confirm suitable time slots.

  • Calls are available Monday–Wednesday, 6am–12noon and 2pm–4pm (UK time).

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Each session will focus on a specific topic of your choice (e.g. CVs, NHS applications, interviews) to ensure productive and effective use of time.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked call.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered non-refundable.

  • Once the first coaching session has taken place, the package is deemed non-refundable in full.

  • Unused hours must be booked and completed within 6 weeks of the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
