Terms and Conditions – Job Search Power Hour

1. Service Overview
The Job Search Power Hour is a 60-minute one-to-one session designed to provide personalised career support, including CV writing, NHS supporting statements, and job search strategy. This session is tailored to individual needs but does not guarantee job offers or interview success.

2. Booking and Payment

  • The full fee of £79 is payable at the time of booking.
  • Prior to payment - Bookings for your call must be made via the designated Calendly link: Schedule your call HERE.
  • You must book the time of your call as soon as you have paid. I cannot reserve un-booked slots in case other customers book them - please book ASAP after or prior to payment. HERE

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged via the booking link.

4. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • If you do not attend your session without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be added.

5. Service Limitations

  • This service provides advisory support only; it does not include full CV writing from scratch or job application submission on your behalf. You may bring a job description and I walk you through how to adapt your CV/Application.
  • I do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or job offers as a result of this session.
  • I do not provide any services related to the right to work in the UK, including visa sponsorship, Certificate of Sponsorship (COS), or any legal advice regarding work eligibility. This session is purely for job applications and job interview support.

6. Limited Availability

  • Only 15 sessions per month are available, and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the session is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your documents and personal details are accurate and up to date.

8. Amendments to Terms

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated via the booking platform or email.
